Andrzej Paczuski is a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administrationand the Faculty of Management of the University of Warsaw. He is also a licensed tax advisor. In 2003, Andrzej earned his Executive MBA from the University of Illinois. He also completed acourse for investment advisors.
Andrzej is a recognised expert in tax consulting for financial and real estate sectors. He is the author of the book on “Taxation of capital gains derived by legal persons”, published by C.H. Beck as well as numerous articles on taxation of financial institutions, published in Polish and foreign press.
In Rzeczpospolita’s Ranking of Tax Advisory Firms for 2008, 2009 and 2010, other tax advisors voted Andrzej Paczuski as Poland’s best tax advisor providing services to the financial sector. In the same ranking for 2014, Andrzej Paczuski was indicated as the recommended tax advisor for corporate income tax matters, whereas in 2007, he was recognised as one of the top three tax optimisation experts.
