Joanna specializes in advising on the correct determination of VAT rates, in providing opinions on the taxation of transactions between individual members of joint ventures and in determining the correctness of proportional VAT deduction structures for capital and current expenses. Joanna’s particular area of interest is the subject of tax settlements in relation to obtaining external grants and tax reliefs for business development.
