Your personal data shall be controlled by Paczuski Taudul Doradcy Podatkowi Spółka z o.o. seated in Warsaw at 7/9 Giełdowa Street (01-211 Warsaw), entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register kept by the District Court for the capital city of Warsaw in Warsaw, 12 th Commercial Division of the National Court Register, National Court Register Number (pol. The Controller shall address this information to individuals in order to comply with the obligations specified in Article 13, Clauses: 1, 2 and Article 14, Clauses: 1, 2 of the General Data Protection Regulation dated 27 April 2016 – hereinafter referred to as: the GDPR.

Purpose and legal grounds of processing operations performed on your personal data

We process your personal data in line with legal regulations on the basis of the specified grounds and for the specified purposes: provision of newsletter services, which includes mailing commercial information. Your consent and the Controller's legally justified interest marketing of own services being considered such (i.e. Article 6, Clause 1, Letter a and f of the GDPR in line with Article 10 of the Act on the provision of services by electronic means) shall form grounds for such processing.

What scope of your personal data is processed?

In the course of processing operations, the Controller shall apply the principle of data minimisation. In line with this principle, a minimum and necessary scope of your personal data shall only be processed if it is not expressly provided for by law.

The data subject or other controller should not provide the Controller with any personal data referring to third parties. If, however, he/she/it transfers such data, each and every time he/she/it must declare to hold a relevant authorisation or confirm to have other legal grounds which allows for such data transfer to the Controller.

What rights have you got in relation to the processing of your personal data?

You shall hold the following rights:

  • the right to get information, which is exercised, among others, under this privacy policy;
  • the right of access to your data,
  • the right to rectify your data, the right to delete your data,
  • the right to limit the processing of your data,

A period of time required to achieve the purpose of processing shall constitute the key criterion which determines a time period for which we store your personal data.

Your personal data shall not be processed automatically by the Controller. As part of our newsletter service, individuals may be profiled in order to let us better tailor the information mailed depending on their specific interests and needs.

Are you obliged to provide us with your personal data?

If the obligation to provide your personal data does not result directly from contractual provisions or legal regulations, such provision of your personal data shall be voluntary, but still necessary to make use of the Controller's service or get in touch with the Controller.
